  What do I get for my subscription?

  You get your accent rated by real native speakers. Each accent lesson includes ratings from five native speakers. Each speaker will listen to a recording of you speaking, rate your accent, and provide detailed feedback on how to improve. Each speaker will also will record himself or herself speaking the same words you do. This will give you a fantastic way to improve your accent, and hear exactly what native speakers sound like.

  What happens if I want to cancel my service?

  You can cancel at any time online, there's no need to contact us. Once you cancel, you will be able to use your remaining lessons, and access your account.

  What if I am not satisfied and want my money back?

  No problem, if you are not satisfied for any reason, we will refund your current month's service, and immediately close your account.

  How do I know the people rating my accent are native speakers?

  We perform multiple checks to insure your native speakers are actually from the country you want, and display that information to you. For every native speaker, we determine their location by:

  • Looking at their phone number
  • Looking at their billing address
  • Asking them

  We display all of this information to you (except the billing address, for security purposes), to give you confidence that the person rating your accent is a true native speaker.
